Tracy Sheen is a certified speaking professional, author and adviser who helps small and mid-sized Australian businesses adopt AI and digital tools without losing the human touch. She runs The Digital Guide and has delivered more than 2,000 presentations on digital transformation, cyber safety and practical AI adoption. Sheen wrote The End of Technophobia, named Australia's Business Book of the Year in 2021, and followed it with AI & U: Reimagine Business, a 2025 Australian Business Book Awards finalist. Earlier in her career she worked on the launch of SMS and the original iPhone in Australia. On Mumbition, she spoke about cyber awareness and tech tools for small business.
