About Claire Waring
Claire Waring is co-founder of Gether, an AI-powered family organiser that turns family emails, messages and school newsletters into a shared calendar, to-do list and reminders. She started the business in 2023 with Elly Bartens, and Gether took part in the 2024 Techstars accelerator program.
She came to Gether from a long career in advertising and digital creative leadership. She was executive creative director at R/GA Australia from 2021 to 2023, leading creative teams in Sydney and Melbourne, and earlier was executive creative director for South East Asia at Sapient in Singapore.
On Mumbition, she spoke with Carrie Kwan about building Gether to ease the mental load on working parents.
