Meet Tim Fung
Tim Fung is the Founder and CEO of Airtasker, Australia's leading marketplace for local services. Based in the Greater Sydney Area, Tim has a deep fascination with marketplaces, user-generated content, and network effects. He co-founded Tank Stream Labs, a tech startup co-working space, and has served as an advisor to several companies, including Car Next Door, Mad Paws, Huddle Childcare, and Floatspace. Tim's career began at Macquarie Group as a Senior Analyst, and he was a founding team member of amaysim Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from UNSW and is a GAICD from the Australian Institute of Company Directors. In his spare time, Tim enjoys high-quality 80s/90s movies, Formula One, karting, track days, ice hockey, bouldering, and alpine sports.
