Phil Hayes-St Clair is a partnerships expert, coach, and serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in building and investing in companies across various sectors, including biotech, healthcare, aerospace, media, and e-commerce. He is the founder of PHILHSC, where he coaches leaders to develop strategic partnerships for business growth. Phil is also a co-founder and non-executive director at Drop Bio Health, a company focused on personalized health through digital health and biotechnology.Phil is known for his expertise in partnership-driven growth and shares his insights through the Wednesday Partnership Newsletter and the Partnership Plus podcast. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Queensland University of Technology and an MBA from the University of New South Wales. Phil is a TEDx speaker, a former adjunct professor at the Australian Graduate School of Management, and a member of several health and advocacy organizations.In addition to his professional achievements, Phil is a dedicated advocate for women's health and a proud father. He has served in the Australian Army and represented Australia in triathlon at the World Championships. Phil is also actively involved in philanthropy, serving as an ambassador and mentor for Inspiring Rare Birds and as a serial plasma and platelet donor with the Australian Red Cross Blood Service.
