Megan Luttrell

Megan Luttrell is founder of Kairos Recruitment, a hiring partner for Australian startups, drawing on more than ten years in tech recruitment including roles at Pathfindr and IBC Recruitment. She also built Aussie Founders Club, a community of more than 4,000 founders, operators and startup people across Australia. Alongside Geo George, she co-hosts Life After Launch, a podcast that sits down with founders to unpack the highs, lows and hard-won lessons of building a business after the initial launch. She spends her days close to the people problems every startup hits post-launch.
