Joss Kesby
Co-Founder & CEO at Diffuse Energy
Dr Joss Kesby is a mechanical engineer who co-founded Diffuse Energy in 2018 with Sam Evans and James Bradley, developing what the team describes as the world's most powerful small wind turbine for off-grid and remote power. He remains chief executive and also holds a conjoint lecturer post in mechanical engineering at the University of Newcastle, supervising PhD and final-year students. A former civil engineer who built coal infrastructure before retraining in renewable energy, he took Diffuse Energy through CSIRO's ON Prime accelerator. He featured on Adam Spencer's Welcome to Day One alongside co-founder James Bradley.
