Fiona Johnston

Fiona Johnston is founder of Peach Business, which advises small and purpose-led brands on money and business strategy, and co-founder, with Mia Fileman of Campaign Del Mar, of Ripple Festival, a Melbourne event created as an alternative to traditional business conferences. A chartered accountant, she has spent more than two decades coaching small-business owners, particularly women, on financial strategy and growth. Ripple Festival's second event ran at Grazeland Melbourne in November 2025, bringing together entrepreneurs, artists and industry speakers. On Mumbition, she discussed the festival with hosts Carrie Kwan and Lucy Kippist.
