Dom Pym
Co-founder, Up at Up Bank
Dom Pym co-founded Ferocia and Up, the neobank that grew to more than 400,000 customers and $840 million in deposits within three years of its 2018 launch. In 2021 Bendigo and Adelaide Bank acquired Ferocia in a deal worth up to $116 million, with Up continuing to operate under the same brand and team. Pym has twice been named Australian Fintech Leader of the Year. He now invests through his family office, Euphemia, backing underrepresented founders building for social good. On Day One's Life After Launch, he discussed the "little white lie" that helped build Up into a bank used by 1.4 million Australians.
