Claudia Barriga-Larriviere is a people-and-culture specialist with close to 20 years' experience building teams inside Australian startups and scale-ups. Known as BlueChilli's "Flamingo-in-Residence" from 2016, she went on to lead Employer Brand & Belonging at AMP and hold senior people roles at Sendle and, more recently, Good On You. She now also runs Startup Flamingo, coaching founders and leaders on culture, hiring and belonging, and coaches Startmate's Women's Fellowship. On Building Tech Teams with James MacDonald, she discussed why AI can make teams faster without making them more productive, and why the team has to be right before it's augmented.
