Calyx is a Sydney-based food-tech company whose Foodvu platform gives food companies ingredient-level environmental impact and supplier data across carbon, water, biodiversity and cost. Co-founded by Cara Cooper and Lauren Branson in 2022, it was a finalist in PepsiCo's 2025 Greenhouse Accelerator APAC.
