Sha-mayne Chan is co-founder of Friyay, an Australian AI automation platform that helps small and medium businesses run sales and customer-engagement processes with AI "autopilots" instead of manual outreach. She moved into AI after a long career in graphic design, and brings that design background to how Friyay builds its automation.
