Mike Keating

Mike Keating is co-founder of Enhance Labs, a voice-first collaboration platform designed to amplify human thinking rather than replace it, alongside former Amazon engineer Haziq Nordin and former Google designer Jesse Head. In 2025 the Brisbane-founded startup raised a $2.3 million pre-seed round led by Blackbird Ventures, with support from QIC Ventures, to tackle what the founders call "AI slop" -- generic output from tools that promise efficiency but don't deliver it.
