Lee Lagdameo

Lee Lagdameo is co-founder of Shikii Labs, an AI implementation studio that helps growth-stage businesses turning over $10m–$100m a year fix messy operations and ship AI systems, covering diagnosis, building AI products and automations, and embedding them into the business. Before Shikii, he was a founding operator and chief operating officer at Skybox Technologies, a gaming technology company that raised more than $10 million in venture funding and grew to over $1.5 million in annual recurring revenue, where he oversaw sales, partnerships, finance and operations. On Founders in Motion, he discussed why AI can't fix a broken business and the $10 million raise he says he regrets.
