Laura Campbell
Founder at Hackerlily
Laura Campbell is the founder of Hackerlily, a Gold Coast parenting brand she launched in February 2023 while on maternity leave. She created the HipSurfer, a strap-free hip-seat carrier, after struggling with traditional carriers due to spondyloarthritis she has lived with since age 16, spending 18 months and eight prototypes to get it right. The brand turned over more than $250,000 in its first year, won the ROAR Start-Up of the Year award, and has since expanded into the UK, Europe and the Middle East. Campbell previously worked as a partnerships strategist for Mums & Co and brings more than 20 years of corporate and business-growth experience.
