My approach is centered on applying systems thinking, ethical foresight, and operational clarity to Salesforce’s most advanced AI engagements across Australia and New Zealand.

At Salesforce, I lead a high-impact team focused on preparing our region's most ambitious enterprises for an agent-enabled future. My team and I work across AI solutions, data architecture, operating models, and governance to help our customers scale the adoption of digital agents and fundamentally reimagine how work gets done. I help customers invest wisely, remove barriers to adoption, and connect strategy, platforms, and governance to shape a new, effective operating model for enterprise AI.

Beyond my role at Salesforce, I am a committed advocate for responsible innovation as a Vincent Fairfax Foundation Ethical Leadership Fellow and a founding member of the National AI Centre’s Responsible AI Think Tank.
