Jeanne DeWitt Grosser is chief operating officer of Vercel, overseeing marketing, sales, customer success, revenue operations and field engineering. She joined in March 2025 after nearly a decade at Stripe, where she was chief business officer and helped scale revenue from $100 million to billions of dollars while pioneering usage-based go-to-market strategies. Earlier in her career she shaped Google Workspace's growth model and was chief revenue officer at Dialpad. She advised Vercel for 18 months before taking the COO role.
