Jason Titman

Jason Titman is the CEO and Executive Chair of Swyftx, a leading, globally focused crypto exchange, serving over 1.5 million users, empowering people worldwide to achieve financial freedom. A seasoned investor and acknowledged leader in FinTech and DeFi, he aims to offer crypto holders the same products and services as traditional financial institutions with the added benefits of faster transactions, lower fees, increased transparency and enhanced privacy. He advocates for regulatory frameworks that protect investors while promoting innovation in the crypto industry.

Recognised not only for his vision, leadership skills, M&A and in-depth global markets experience, with a focus on growing sustainably at scale. Jason has the distinction of serving as a board member, shareholder and executive at multiple companies, giving him unique insights into how to scale and operate highly successful private and public companies globally. Career highlights include serving as Neto’s first investor, Advisory Board Member, COO and CFO, scaling it from 3 to 150 employees and generating more than $6.5 billion in retail transactions before its sale to Marapost North America. He also serves on the board of US-based Reshop Inc.

Passionate about giving back, he serves on several not-for-profit boards and charitable foundations to expand access to quality healthcare, and to develop education at schools and universities. Jason is also known for his commitment to mentoring emerging entrepreneurs, and dedicates time to encouraging athletes of all ages and levels through his role as a board member of the Australian Sports Foundation.

Outside of work, Jason is a husband, father, adventurer, cattle farm owner, avid cyclist and participates in other high-energy sports.
