Holly Rankin, who performs and records as Jack River, is an Australian singer-songwriter whose 2018 debut album Sugar Mountain reached number 11 on the ARIA chart and earned three ARIA nominations; her second album, Endless Summer, won Best Independent Pop Album or EP at the 2024 AIR Awards. She is co-founder and executive director of Sentiment, a cultural strategy agency, and has advocated before the Australian Parliament for protecting artists' work from being used to train AI without consent.
