Emily Zaborski

Emily Zaborski co-founded Vendaly with JK Gunnink, an all-in-one inbox and CRM built for Australia's mobile food and drink vendors, now used by more than 100 Australian businesses. She started the venture after running her own coffee van, where hours lost to messy Instagram messages, buried emails and paperwork convinced her mobile vendors needed simpler tools. Vendaly, formerly Coffee Van Collective, was part of the 2024 Plus Eight Accelerator cohort and won a Western Australian government Innovation Booster Grant. She holds a Master of Business and more than a decade of small-business experience. On Mumbition, she discussed her path from coffee van to tech founder.
