Alex Feldman is founder and group CEO of Tiger & Bear Partners, a Sydney corporate advisory and law firm he set up with five former colleagues from amaysim. He was previously chief strategy officer and general counsel at ASX-listed amaysim, running legal, regulatory, strategy, investor relations and corporate development, and before that a senior associate at King & Wood Mallesons on energy, infrastructure and technology deals. He sits on the boards of Prvidr and Willow, and discussed M&A strategy for startups on First Cheque with Cheryl Mack and Maxine Minter.
