Our powerful workflow engine goes beyond simple "help center summary" responses, and can hold conversations with your users, look up data, take actions in your systems and make decisions based on data and qualitative inputs.

If a customer asks "where is my order" we can retrieve a list of orders associated with the account, clarify the order in question if there's ambiguity, and then share the status or take actions like re-ordering if the order is delayed. The net result is a better experience for your customers that scales more easily as you grow and that is significantly cheaper than handling the same tickets with a human team. We work with high growth innovators in FinTech, HealthTech and related areas.
