Baden U'Ren is an accomplished entrepreneurship educator and innovation professional based in Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. With a rich background in investment banking and private equity, Baden has founded multiple companies and currently serves as the Entrepreneur In Residence at Somerset College. He is also a Sessional Academic at Griffith University, where he delivers the Griffith Innovation Challenge. Baden has held significant roles such as Dean of Business and Entrepreneurship at CG Spectrum and Director of the Bond Business Commercialisation Centre at Bond University. His work focuses on developing innovation-based strategies for organizations and designing entrepreneurship education programs. Baden holds a Ph.D. from Bond University and has been recognized with numerous awards for his contributions to student learning and innovation.
