Marc Hermann
Co-founder & CEO at Everlab
Marc Hermann is co-founder and CEO of Everlab, a preventive health company founded in 2023 to catch chronic disease before it strikes. His father died of a sudden heart attack in his mid-40s, when Hermann was 13, and that loss shaped the company's focus. Hermann previously worked at Rocket Internet and Lazada, and co-founded nutrition and fitness brand Foodspring, which Mars acquired in 2019. Everlab has more than 180 clinicians and 20,000 patients, and its corporate clients include Bain, BHP and the AFL. In 2026 it raised a $65 million Series A led by Airtree, and Forbes Australia put its valuation at almost $500 million.
