Gillian Findlay is founder of Third Room, a network for operators in the Australian and New Zealand startup ecosystem. It offers talent matching, coaching and development programs. She was previously Chief Operating Officer of SafetyCulture, where she helped scale annual recurring revenue from under $1 million to $30 million, and later COO of Immutable during its crypto-boom expansion. Before that, in her first CEO role at Vamp, she took the business from loss-making to cash-generating during COVID. Findlay grew up in Glasgow and is an angel investor in Everlab.
