Kabir Arora is founder and creative director of Sketch Manly, a curry-and-craft-beer bar on Sydney's Northern Beaches, and of Brookvale's Bazaar and Bar. He also founded Backya, a platform for booking backyards and unique spaces for events, reflecting a run of ventures across hospitality and events. He set up Sketch Manly as a family project, with his mother Sukh bringing catering experience from India and his father BJ handling the books, built around home-style Indian cooking including a signature butter chicken. On Pick My Brain with Alan Jones, he pitched Backya to investors.
