Judy Anderson-Firth is Group CEO of Euphemia, the family office of Australian entrepreneur Dominic Pym, founder of Up Bank and Pin Payments. She leads Euphemia's roughly $80 million global investment portfolio spanning private and public equities, venture capital and property, alongside the Euphemia Foundation's philanthropic work. Anderson-Firth has helped steer the family office toward impact investing, backing fintech, climate tech and women-led startups. Before joining Pym, she was CEO of Startup Victoria (now The Startup Network) from 2018 to 2021, growing the community from around 20,000 to 60,000 members, with one in five founders women.
