About Brendan Hill

Brendan Hill is an angel investor and a venture partner at TEN13, and hosts Oversubscribed on Day One, a show featuring Australian founders and investors. He invests in early-stage start-ups and runs 361 Angel Club, a quarterly meetup for founders and investors.

Before investing, he founded and ran an online football marketplace that was acquired in 2016, and he made his first angel investment in 2017. In 2022 he was syndicate lead at Logan and Wayne, an early-stage technology investment firm, and he has mentored and advised start-up founders.

In Day One's History of the Australian Startup Ecosystem interview series, he argued that Australian start-ups should raise US venture capital early and described the competition for engineering talent.
