Anabel Lippincott Paksoy

Anabel Lippincott Paksoy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment, human resources, and well-being. She co-founded The People Design House, which partners with early-stage companies to address human resources challenges.

Anabel is also a partner at 43, a pre-seed fund based in the Bay Area, and a founding venture partner and advisor at The Council, a female-first investing group dedicated to increasing female participation in angel investing.

Her career includes roles in talent operations at TellApart and Twitter, and she has advised organizations like The Assembly, contributing to wellness initiatives. Anabel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American and Latino Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
