About Anabel Lippincott Paksoy
Anabel Lippincott Paksoy is co-founder and partner of 43, a San Francisco pre-seed fund she launched with Dustin Dolginow in 2021. 43 writes first cheques of up to $500,000 into founders who have not yet built a product, makes decisions within ten business days and gives founders desks in its co-working space.
Her background is in people operations. As one of Opendoor's earliest people leaders she helped grow its team from 30 to 550, and she later co-founded The People Design House with Nathalie McGrath to help early-stage companies with people and HR. She also started The Council, a group of female operators who invest together.
