Rocking Horse will leverage the Federal Government's R&D Tax Incentive scheme and provide funding to companies who have undertaken eligible R&D activities. The financing will be provided in advance of Rocking Horse receiving the R&D tax refund directly. The benefit for participating firms is that they can access future cash flows much faster than they would otherwise be able to through the traditional R&D tax incentive scheme which can take up to 15 months for a rebate to be provided. Rocking Horse will provide R&D financing, positioning itself as a key participant in the Australian innovation eco-system.
