I’m Harrison, founder of ReFresh, an emotional detection system for work.
We help companies spot burnout and disengagement early by analyzing behavioral patterns and turning them into real-time emotional insights. Fully automated and running in the background, ReFresh shows leaders how their teams are actually doing before it affects performance or retention.
I didn’t come from HR. I came from fashion and the creative industries, where burnout was constant and wellness felt like a PR move. A few years ago I started building a mental health platform from my garage. It reached millions by opening up honest conversations about how we really feel, especially at work.
What became clear is this: most companies don’t recognise burnout until it’s too late.
