About Preethi Mohan
Preethi Mohan is the founder of NiceTo, which builds connections between people in the startup sector, and of Press Play Ventures, a 12-week accelerator that helps women move from corporate careers to founding startups. In its first 18 months Press Play helped 120 women launch 104 startups, according to Startup Daily, and it won the GSD Award at Startup Daily's Best in Tech Awards in 2025.
NiceTo and Press Play are the fourth and fifth startups she has founded since leaving a corporate role at Google in late 2019.
She was a panellist at the launch of Day One's History of the Australian Startup Ecosystem documentary, and joined The Startup Retro with Kirstin Hunter to discuss how venture capital funding is reported.
