About Mitchell Baker
Mitchell Baker is the founder of ClaimStack, Australian construction software that links a project's commercial work, from tendering, subcontracts and variations to payment claims, cashflow and cost reports, across head contractors, subcontractors, consultants and clients.
He spent more than 12 years as a contract administrator in Australia and the UK, including on a $250 million shopping-centre redevelopment with John Holland and on Facebook's London headquarters with Kier, where much of the job was re-keying data that already existed elsewhere. He built ClaimStack so that information entered once, such as a variation or a claim, carries through to every later step, and subcontractors can use it free.
