Michael Ragavan is founder and CEO of Our Leg Up, a Melbourne fintech that lets established homeowners earn a return on unused equity in their property by helping first-home buyers fund a deposit, so buyers can avoid Lenders Mortgage Insurance and higher interest costs. A Monash Business School graduate with a background as a mortgage broker and investment banker, he built the platform to tackle housing affordability and wealth inequality, and backed it through the Antler accelerator. He spoke about the model on the Fintechfun podcast in 2025.
