Lucy Lloyd is co-founder and chief executive of Mentorloop, a mentoring software platform she built with Heidi Holmes as a B Corp from day one. Before Mentorloop she spent years in digital marketing in the UK and Australia, including roles at Wishlist Holdings, Noisy Beast and Evolution 7, after studying economics at the University of Melbourne. Mentorloop was named the highest customer-rated mentoring platform worldwide in G2's Winter 2026 awards. She spoke about bootstrapping and navigating venture capital funding challenges on Unfunded with Joan Westenberg.
