As an M&A lawyer, coordinating the deal team on a diligence was like herding cats. Reading a contract cover to cover at 1am was soul destroying.

To ease this pain we've built Deeligence, an AI-native tool that uses agents and clever collaboration technology to review contracts 75% faster while reducing human error.

Outside of legal practice I've helped implement tech at major international firms (e.g. Linklaters, Ashurst, Simmons & Simmons), learning lots of hard lessons that have helped us build something at Deeligence that our customers love.

Outside of work I am a big advocate for mental health causes, having volunteered as a lawyer at the Mental Health Legal Centre and co-chaired Mental Health Awareness Week at LBS.
