Joe Harris is founder and CEO of Alloy Robotics, a Sydney company building AI agents that help robotics engineers investigate failures across robot fleets. The agents analyse logs, telemetry, video and sensor records. Harris is an electrical engineer. He was previously Chief Commercial Officer at Eucalyptus, where Forbes Australia reports he helped grow revenue from $3 million to $170 million. Alloy came out of stealth in September 2025 with a $4.5 million pre-seed round led by Blackbird. In August 2026 it raised a US$8 million seed round led by Square Peg at a US$80 million valuation, and it is expanding into the United States.
