Jamie Twiss is chief executive of Beforepay Group, the ASX-listed short-term lending platform, a role he has held since May 2021. He previously spent more than 20 years in strategy and financial services, including as chief strategy officer and chief data and strategy officer at Westpac, and began his career at McKinsey & Company. Twiss has focused Beforepay on using data and AI to widen access to short-term credit across Australia and the United States, and in 2026 the company appointed Kasey Kaplan as deputy CEO to accelerate growth across its business lines.
