About Gareth Rydon
Gareth Rydon is co-founder of Friyay, a Gold Coast business that helps owners of mid-sized Australian companies put AI to work. Friyay identifies where AI will pay off, coaches teams and runs workshops on everyday tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot, and builds custom software for specific jobs, including prebuilt tools for sales tasks such as prospect research and proposal writing. Rydon works directly with clients and writes the company's fortnightly letter on using AI at work.
A service designer by background, he previously worked at Stone & Chalk, Rightpoint and the Australian Taxation Office.
