Danny Pezeshki is co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Instantia, an Australian fintech that simplifies foreign-exchange risk management for businesses. He launched the company in 2024 alongside CEO Richard Poulton, backed by Vietnamese technology group VNG, after more than a decade in senior FX roles including at AFEX. Instantia's platform consolidates a company's currency hedging positions - options, forwards, spot FX and cross-border payments - into one free app with a dedicated FX specialist and no transaction fees. Pezeshki has said clients too often get locked into rigid option structures with no flexibility when markets move against them.
