Anish Sinha
Co-Founder & COO at Upcover
Anish Sinha is co-founder and chief operating officer of Upcover, a Sydney insurtech he launched within a year of moving to Australia from India in 2019, alongside co-founder and CEO Skye Theodorou. Upcover provides on-demand business insurance for the self-employed and independent contractors and has raised more than $4.7 million from Antler Australia and Betterlabs. Sinha looks after product, finance and operations; before Upcover he spent three years in the equities division at Goldman Sachs, following an engineering degree from BITS Pilani and an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur. During Australia's 2021 Covid oxygen shortage, he and his wife Anchal Goel set up Medical Oxygen For All to ship cylinders to India. He has appeared twice on In The Blink Of AI.
