Vicki Engsall

Vicki Engsall is the Chief Operating Officer and Founder of The Jojoba Company Australia. With a passion for safe skincare products, Vicki co-founded the company with her father, Ian Turner, in 2008. They grow their unique Wadi-Wadi Jojoba on their family farm in Yenda, NSW, Australia. Vicki's mission is to empower people to take control of their skin by using jojoba, which mimics the natural oil structure found in healthy skin. Over the years, she has been involved in various aspects of the business, including customer service, sales, marketing, product formulation, and operations. Vicki holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Technology Sydney and previously worked as an Assistant Principal at the NSW Department of Education. She is based in Castle Hill, New South Wales, Australia.
