Tia Collings is co-founder and CEO of Enaxiom, a Sydney deep-tech startup she built with engineer Bijan Rahimi to cut water and energy use in industrial cooling. Enaxiom's product, HydroCOOL, is a closed-loop regenerative cooling system designed for data centres, mining and green hydrogen production, using non-potable and wastewater sources instead of drinking water. Founded in 2023, the company has raised roughly US$2.7 million (A$3.7 million) to date, including an oversubscribed A$1.8 million seed round led by Epic Angels in May 2026 with Antler and BlackNova participating. Collings came to hardware entrepreneurship from a background in sustainability consulting. She spoke about scaling industrial sustainability with HydroCOOL on The Mix with Mick Liubinskas.
