With 16 years experience in media within News Ltd’s The Daily Telegraph, Courier Mail, news.com.au and Kidspot, Pinstripe Media, Kinderling Kids Radio, The Parent Brand, the Australian Law Reform Commission and Wendy Harmer’s The Hoopla; I have spent the past six years building thriving community at Pinstripe Media’s Flying Solo and IAG's Mums & Co.

I believe the foundations for a thriving community are communication, trust, innovation, respect and curiosity - but listening is the key. When we truly listen to people we tap into the nuances and niches that drive their daily habits and behaviours - that tells us everything we need to know about how to connect with them meaningfully.

A natural storyteller and passionate podcaster, I created, produce and co-host the weekly Mumbition podcast by Mums & Co. I was also the host of the Flying Solo podcast.

I love making introductions and creating connections and actively seek opportunities to network, contribute and support individuals and organisations who thrive on innovation, creativity and community.

I value the free expression of ideas and support people, organisations and projects that champion an individual's capacity for growth, independence and self-actualisation. Nothing is more inspiring to me than a person motivated by their ideas to create a life they love.
