James Fielding is the CEO of Audeara, a company based in Brisbane, Australia, that leads in personalized sound technology, enhancing entertainment experiences to improve hearing health. With a background in medicine, James is dedicated to improving lives through innovation and invention, challenging the status quo. He holds a Bachelor of Medicine and a Graduate Certificate of Executive Leadership from the University of Queensland. James has also co-founded Robotics Engineering Research Laboratories and has experience as a Human Anatomical Prosector and Research Assistant. Additionally, he is a drummer for The Dashounds, a band performing at various events. James is passionate about learning from others and surrounding himself with knowledgeable individuals.
