Gav Parry
General Manager at CAST
Gav Parry is general manager of CAST, the Centre for Arts, Sports and Technology, a membership organisation he launched in early 2024 through the University of Queensland to connect the entertainment and innovation sectors. He spent a decade in the music industry as an artist, manager and educator, touring with acts including Rufus Du Sol and Ballpark Music and amassing more than 50 million streams, and co-founded Loose Change Publishing. Parry has also held innovation roles at Entain and Innovation Bay. On The Startup Retro, he discussed a $66 million fund and CAST's public debut with hosts Will Richards and Gemma Clancy.
