Damian Naughton is General Manager for Australia and New Zealand at ElevenLabs, the voice AI company, having joined when it opened its Sydney office in May 2026. He leads local operations, enterprise growth and regional partnerships as ElevenLabs' ANZ user base passes 750,000, with local customers including Australia Post, Employment Hero, Heidi Health, Xero and Andromeda Robotics. Naughton joined from Slack, where he was regional vice president. On In The Blink Of AI, he discussed voice cloning ethics and what voice AI means for the call centre.
