Dan Gavel is an Australian entrepreneur and investor, best known as the founder and director of Black Sheep Capital, a venture capital firm specialising in early-stage technology companies. Before entering the venture capital arena, Gavel built a successful career in financial advisory, establishing and growing his own practice. In 2013, he sold his financial advisory business and co-founded Black Sheep Capital with Paul Osborne, focusing on investments in early-stage tech companies and other assets.
